Welcome to BeSocial. By accessing or using the BeSocial website, platform, or services (“BeSocial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use BeSocial.

1. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use BeSocial.

By using BeSocial, you represent and warrant that:

BeSocial reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that does not meet these requirements.

BeSocial does not:

• Screen, background check, or verify users beyond basic account information
• Guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of user-generated content
• Control or endorse user behavior, opinions, or actions

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your conduct on and off the platform
• Any content you post, share, or engage with
• Your interactions with other users, whether online or in person

You agree to use BeSocial respectfully, lawfully, and in accordance with our Community Guidelines.

4. User-Generated Content

BeSocial allows users to post content, including text, images, events, and messages.

You acknowledge and agree:

• Content is created by users, not BeSocial
• BeSocial does not guarantee accuracy, truthfulness, or legality of content
• You may be exposed to content you find objectionable

BeSocial reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, restrict, or moderate content at its sole discretion.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use BeSocial to:

• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
• Discriminate, bully, or intimidate
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Post misleading, false, or deceptive content
• Promote dangerous or harmful behavior

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal.

6. Events, Meetups & In-Person Interactions

BeSocial may allow users to create or attend events or meetups.

IMPORTANT:

• BeSocial does not organize, host, supervise, or control user-created events
• Attendance and participation are voluntary and at your own risk
• BeSocial is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or disputes arising from in-person interactions

Users are solely responsible for exercising judgment, safety, and personal boundaries.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

BeSocial is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• BeSocial makes no warranties of any kind
• We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service

Use of BeSocial is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeSocial and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, emotional distress, or property damage
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• User conduct or interactions
• Events, meetups, or third-party services
• Unauthorized access or security breaches

In no event shall BeSocial’s total liability exceed the amount paid (if any) by you to BeSocial in the past twelve (12) months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeSocial from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the platform
• Your content
• Your interactions with other users
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

10. Account Termination

BeSocial reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts at any time
• Remove content without notice
• Restrict access for violations or safety concerns

Termination may occur with or without cause.

11. Intellectual Property

All BeSocial branding, logos, designs, and platform content are owned by BeSocial and may not be copied, modified, or used without permission.

User content remains owned by the user but grants BeSocial a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the platform.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

BeSocial may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content or policies
• Transactions or disputes outside BeSocial

Use third-party services at your own discretion.

13. Changes to These Terms

BeSocial may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
