BeSocial Community Guidelines

At BeSocial, our mission is to foster a safe, supportive, and trustworthy community built on respect, authenticity, and connection. By using BeSocial, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform at BeSocial’s sole discretion.

1. Safety First

BeSocial is a zero-tolerance platform for content or behavior that endangers others.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Encouraging, promoting, or engaging in harmful or dangerous actions
• Threats, violence, or intimidation
• Sexual assault, exploitation, or abuse (in any form)
• Content involving minors that is unsafe, exploitative, or inappropriate

Any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law may be reported to appropriate authorities.

2. Harassment, Bullying & Hate

We do not allow harassment or abuse—period.

This includes:

• Bullying, stalking, or targeted harassment
• Hate speech or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected status
• Degrading, demeaning, or hostile behavior toward individuals or groups

BeSocial reserves the right to remove content or users that create an unsafe or hostile environment.

3. Authenticity & Honest Representation

BeSocial is built on trust and real connections.

You may not:

• Lie about who you are
• Impersonate another person, business, or organization
• Use fake accounts, false credentials, or misleading identities
• Misrepresent your role, experience, or intentions

Accounts found to be deceptive or misleading may be removed without notice.

4. Sexual Content & Misconduct

BeSocial is a community-focused platform.

We do not allow:

• Sexual assault, coercion, or non-consensual content
• Explicit sexual content or solicitations
• Sexualized harassment or unwanted advances

Any violation involving sexual misconduct will result in immediate action.

5. Respectful Communication

Healthy conversations are encouraged; harmful behavior is not.

Users must not:

• Engage in abusive language or personal attacks
• Spread false information intentionally
• Manipulate, exploit, or deceive other users

Disagreements are okay—disrespect is not.

6. Reporting & Enforcement

If you see something that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately.

BeSocial may:

• Remove content at any time
• Suspend or permanently remove accounts
• Take action without prior notice
• Cooperate with law enforcement when required

BeSocial is not responsible for user-generated content but reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict access to protect the community.

7. Our Right to Protect the Community

BeSocial reserves full discretion to determine what content or behavior violates these guidelines. These rules exist to protect users, the platform, and the integrity of the BeSocial community.
